We only process data that you provide to us to make the service work:

• Account Information: If you use the Telegram Mini App, we use your Telegram ID, name, and username to identify you and sync your data across devices.
• Inventory & Business Data: All products, sales, purchases, and categories you create are stored securely so you can manage your business.
• Local Cache: We store a copy of your data on your device so the app works instantly and supports offline use.

2. Why We Process Data

We process your data for one reason: to provide you with the features of Mezgeb. This includes calculating your reports, tracking your stock levels, and ensuring your team members have the correct access permissions.

3. Security

Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) during transit. Access to the app is secured via Telegram's authentication or secure JWT tokens. We do not have access to your Telegram password or private messages.

4. Third-Party Services

We keep third-party involvement to a minimum:

• Infrastructure: We use reliable cloud providers to host our servers and database.
• Telegram: As a Mini App and authentication service, basic technical data is shared with Telegram to enable the interface.

5. Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your data. You can edit or delete your inventory items and transactions at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated business data, please contact us via the support link below.
